The Holiday Park
‘Les Jardins du Château d’Olonne’ park is a unique concept in a magnificent setting that can be found in the town of Le Château d’Olonne on a site of 13.5 hectares. The fact that this holiday park is less than one kilometre from the sea and just next to the resort of Les Sables d’Olonne makes it ideally situated. It is a holiday village with 162 luxury houses, the majority of which have a private swimming pool.
The complex is managed by a Dutch couple and in reception we have staff who can speak French, English, German and Dutch. There is a speed limit throughout the park and this is one of the reasons why ‘Les Jardins du Château d’Olonne’ is an ideal place for family holidays.
‘Les Jardins du Château d'Olonne’ is a jewel on this part of the coast, a spearheading partner within the community of the ‘Pays des Olonnes’. Our park is located on gently sloping land from the former Villeneuve farm, hence the name of our sublime restaurant, ‘La Ferme de Villeneuve’. It is a holiday village for those people who appreciate the good things in life.
Our architect chose a variety of colours and this gives a pleasing aspect to the park. By playing with different materials and by using a range of nuances in the red roof tiles, each house is unique, yet cleverly mingles with all the other properties. If you want to rent a luxury villa in France, you have found the right spot.
The holiday homes are fitted out with all modern conveniences and built around large open spaces of green. ‘Les Jardins du Château d'Olonne’ is a very peaceful place, so holiday makers can totally relax, even during the summer when the park is full. We have spent considerable time planning the design of the beautiful gardens. These gardens contain a large variety of vegetation, and accompanied by the long terraces and the private swimming pools, add to the impression of luxuriousness.
In conclusion, ‘Les Jardins du Château d'Olonne’ goes well with its name - in every way it is a garden, the perfect place to enjoy your holiday.
